BADGER

Portraits of Nature by Hansa

Family Mustelidae. Reaches up to 90 cm. Lives in woods or forests across Europe, south of the Artic Circle. Digs a deep chamber where it spends the winter in semi-dormancy. In spring, females bear 2-6 furless and blind young. Omnivorous; fruits, roots, beechnuts, eggs, young birds, small quadrupeds, frogs, snails, carrion and insects constitute its atural food.

This article is handcrafted using only new materials, and complies to International safety standards EN 71, ASTMF 96386, AS 1647, BS 5665. Recommended age 3 years and up. To clean product use soft cloth, soap and warm water to remove dirt then wipe with clean moist cloth to remove soap. Leave to dry then brush gently. The badger may be washed by whashing machine not exceeding 30°C.
